  • It works for me, I walk for for 60 minutes in the morning and 60 minutes at night, I am swimming three nights a week and zumba two nights a week. I have a rest day and while I do get tired I miss it on my rest day. I know people think it is too much but it works for me... No one else can do this for me but me Meg xx

  • Hi I don't exactly take the day off but if I want something I will have it. I have found that I give myself an extra 300 calorie crazy day which means I can eat extra but when it come down to it I often don't use them all. I have also had a big mac when the weight loss slowed down to shock my system and it seemed to work…
  • Try almonds... they are chewy so it takes a minute to eat them and you only need a couple at a time to help with the grumbly tummy Good Luck xxx
