From looking at your food diary, your body is not getting the nutrition it needs. No dairy, no fruit and vegetables, little protein. You probably need to up your calories and eat a more nutritious variety of foods.

I'm on a budget so I buy Pure Protein with 25 grams of protein and 3-4 carbs depending on flavor. I especially like the Frosty Chocolate and the Creamy Vanilla. It's $19.88 for a 2 lb tub at Walmart.

Except for exercise, no one wears them where I live. Especially not to go out in. That was several years ago.

You might lose faster but it isn't healthy because you are losing muscle along with fat. You are also lowering your metabolism.

Wheat is not a group of food. The wheat that we eat now has been GMO from what was available 50 years ago. Many people are now being diagnosed with Celiac disease - from wheat - and gluten intolerance - more wheat. It's not very smart to think this doesn't have some merit.

Egg whites in the carton have preservatives and I don't want to eat chemicals. I prefer a real egg.

Actually you can die if you don't eat enough protein and fat. The body requires no carbs to live. Processed food is junk. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables are how I get carbs.

What are you eating? Open your food diary and we might be able to help you. Just exercise will not be enough to lose weight and it has to be the right kind of food.

A plateau is when your weight doesn't change for a minimum of 4 weeks so you are not on a plateau. You are experiencing normal weight fluctuations. Stay off the scale if it upsets you.

I wouldn't eat either of those. Neither are healthy. I'd get plain greek yogurt and add my own fruit. Then I'd have at least 2xs the protein and half the sugar.

I just looked at your food diary. You are not eating enough protein and way too many carbs. Protein keeps you feeling full and satisfied the longest, fat is in the middle for satiety, and carbs leave you craving more after an hour.

It could be the something sweet you have at the end of lunch. Carbs cause cravings for sweets.

How long were you stalled. It has to be at least 4 weeks with no change at all to be a stall.

The gym will do more for you than any diet club.

1 cup does not always = 8 ounces. You can only use ounces if it is a liquid. A cup of food can be any weight and is best weighed. If you wanted 4 ounces of meat, you could measure it as 1/2 a cup, for example. You need a scale to be accurate.
