I am 11 weeks along and just started mfp again today. It's my second child and my belly has really popped out and none of my jeans fit! I am not trying to lose weight, just be healthy and not gain too much - last pregnancy I added nearly 5 stone! I have just done my Zumba DVD - hoping to carry on with it 3 times a week…

I have missed 4 days of Level 2. So started it from Day 1 again today. It hurts SO BAD, and why do I always feel sick afterwards? Level 1 was a walk in the park compared. Blurgh.

Wow, that is good on the inch loss. I measured myself yesterday and can't really tell. I feel different though. Just keep on trucking and hope that after the 30 days something happens!

Level one of 30 day shred is finished. Start level 2 tomorrow. Have just watched it through, looks evil. And i've put on 1/2lb :-((

Day 7 Level 1 of 30 DS done. I went trying on wedding dresses earlier & found mine. Even more determined now.

Day 7 Level 1 of 30DS done. Still not feeling ready for Level 2. But definately feel stronger. And I've lost 2lbs since last Saturday. How is everyone else doing?

Today was D3 Level 1. Hardest yet. My shoulders are SORE but I managed to complete everything, using 2kg weights. I can't quite explain it, but I 'feel' a bit different. Less bloated and a bit stronger. Is that possible after only 3 days? Well done everyone, keep up the good work!

Hello, can I join in please? I have just finished L1 Day 2, those side lunges with forward raises are KILLA. I am using 2kg weights. I am determined to do it 30 days straight. I have printed off a July Calendar and stuck it to the fridge - every day that I complete, a big red cross goes through it. Good luck everyone xx
