I have a hard time eating the 1450 that they want me to eat.... I got so used to starving my body and messing up my metabolism . Did you get your thyroid checked? there are medical reasons why people gain weight, when they are doing things right. I have thyroid issues and struggle to lose weight, most people do not understand it.

I am so proud of you! I was at the exact weight you were 190. Now i am 9 lbs thinner, but I have been here months. Your pure will and determination got you results fast. You will reach your goal. Been on here 45 days can not lose. Basically go up and down 3 lbs! Do 900 to 1300 cals a day and work out 6 hours a week, including weight lifting. You are not alone. I know people on w watchers who never exersice and lose a lot of weight doing 1500 cals a day? I did that and gained 8 lbs!

You are right. I love this site because I can write what I eat daily. It keeps me on track. It is a long road for me. very good, I hope you get your 22 off I want to lose 45 , it is hard to eat on the road. I try to StAY WITH SALADS WITH LOWFAT DRESSSING AND GRILLED CHICKEN. I am not losing yet but am hoping soon for some results.

I drive 120 miles a day sometimes more 500 t0 600 a week very hard to motivate myself to exersize. I am tired of being fat! I am a social worker and have been for 10 years. I am 49 and I am having the same problem. My Dr. said it is could be a variable of things like menapause, possible thyroid issues, slower metabolism. She suggested 50 minutes of cardio and to cut back on carbs but not calories. I am gonna try and see if it helps! Kathy
