Hello from the road - anyone else a road/air warrior?

So I travel maybe 50-60% of my time for work and find it almost impossible to keep fit and eat healthy while I'm on the road! Joined myfitnesspal to keep me in check, and also to check in on some of my "healthy" go-to road foods!

Plans to drop another 21 pounds, 24 for my stretch goal!

    I drive 120 miles a day sometimes more 500 t0 600 a week very hard to motivate myself to exersize. I am tired of being fat!
    I am a social worker and have been for 10 years. Thats how I put on the weight. Eating on the run, too tired to work out.Plus I was on steriods for two years for allergies and sinus issues. It did not help!

    very good, I hope you get your 22 off I want to lose 45 , it is hard to eat on the road. I try to StAY WITH SALADS WITH LOWFAT DRESSSING AND GRILLED CHICKEN. I am not losing yet but am hoping soon for some results.
