I had to stop mine (metformin) last week as my bp's were low after 2 weeks of low carbing. I will take today as I had a carb blow out yesterday & know it has spiked but will test regularly until they drop to safe levels again.

I had bpchoc for dinner last night and another one this morning. I will do this for the next couple of weeks. I only use 200mls of water to make mine, any more & it loses the creamy texture.

I wouldn't actually be any lower calorie as I have around 1500 a day & the BPchoc is 450 cals each with 51g fat, the lunch would be a protein & salad affair. I use my nutribullet & use the travel mug so I can take it out the door with me on my commute. Do you guys have it every day for breakfast? I think I can manage 4 days a week but do miss poached eggs for brekkie lol

this is all making sense, I drink around 2ltr water a day plus another 1ltr in tea but since doing LC proper I have increased water by another ltr so I must be really low on sodium I have some miso soup in my draw at work, will have that today till I can get some other ways to get it in,

I adjusted the cacao powder to 1 tsp and added 5gr 80% green and black dark chocolate. 1 tbsp coconut oil, 3/4 tblsp kerry gold, 8 tsp double cream, half tsp vanilla and it was much better. Nearly delicious lol I will cut double cream next time as it is over 600 cals with that much cream.

I had 3 lamblcutlets marinaded in 3 heaped tbls full fat greek yogurt, garam masala powder a tsp apple cider vinegar and a tsp walnut oil. Fried in a tbls coconut oil. Served with leafy green salad

My hunger only kicked in around 1.30. I had bpc at 8.30. The hunger was abaited with 2 mini boursin pellets and a bag of pork scratching. I'll try with less cacao and more coconut oil tomorrow and see how I go

If you can stand it chew on some fresh coriander or mint leaves and stalks. We do this in Thailand after eating fermented fishy and chilli and garlic based food. I find it helps with the change in mouth odour from lc
