Sometimes I get distracted looking at something because I start counting how many colors are in it.

I'm not in the Brrr cold temps as you but to break up the treadmill routine I do everyday and add something fun I've been adding an hour to 2 hours every evening of Badminton...I love it! I bundle up with gloves and all but I'm getting out and getting great exercise and lots of fun and you get warmed up really quick. :)

I love to grill chicken breast then put on lightly toasted Multigrain bread with fat free mayo, lettuce, garden tomato, half an avacado and a tablespoon of parmesan cheese. It's delicious!!!

I've used Spice cake mix and Brownie Mix with Canned pumpkin as substitue for the oil and Egg white instead of whole eggs, they both turned out amazing. I created a fat free cream cheese mix to swirl through the top of the brownies and it was really good especially for a fall treat. :)

I made pumpkin cupcakes with spice cake mix the other day it was awesome and the kids loved it with out icing...I might have to try the icing for a special occasion though sounds yummy. I made fudge brownies today using pumpkin in place of oil and they turned out fabulous...Pumpkin Rocks!!!
