I'm making one of my favorite treats, low carb peanut butter balls. Man it was tough keeping a straight face and saying "balls" I wanted to go Alec Baldwin but I wasn't sure if anyone would get it.

This is a very easy recipe to make a sweet and healthy snack.

1 Cup of an low calorie sweetener like Spenda or Truvia

Really nice before and after pic! Hard work pays off, and thanks for the recipe, always looking for "wheys" to add protein.0

Hmm, sounds good. I only have chocolate protein powder though - do we think that'd work as well?0

Yeah it is very good with chocolate too.0 -
I really don't like the taste of artificial sweeteners and I think that I could eat this without a sweetener at all. Have you ever tried to make these without any sweetener?0
-
Yes, and they are still very good.
I've added a 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup of sweetener and they were amazing.
I just have a huge sweet tooth.
You will want to add more protein or less peanut butter, otherwise they will be too gooey.0
