I'm making one of my favorite treats, low carb peanut butter balls. Man it was tough keeping a straight face and saying "balls" I wanted to go Alec Baldwin but I wasn't sure if anyone would get it.

Really nice before and after pic! Hard work pays off, and thanks for the recipe, always looking for "wheys" to add protein.
  • Hmm, sounds good. I only have chocolate protein powder though - do we think that'd work as well?

Yeah it is very good with chocolate too.
  • I really don't like the taste of artificial sweeteners and I think that I could eat this without a sweetener at all. Have you ever tried to make these without any sweetener?

Yes, and they are still very good.
I've added a 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup of sweetener and they were amazing.
I just have a huge sweet tooth.

You will want to add more protein or less peanut butter, otherwise they will be too gooey.
