  • I used to bit my nails down until they bled. I hated it but it was compulsive habitual behavior. Then several years ago I read somewhere there was a study done that showed nail-biters were also very bad decision-makers. That's all it took and I have not bitten my nails since!
  • Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. 1 Tbsp. in plain water or with a little lemon and honey. I have never heard anyone who has actually tried this say this it doesn't work.   • I train 3-4x weekly doing Tabata with resistance bands and only 5 exercises: Squats and Deadlifts on Mondays, Sprints on Tuesdays and sometimes Thursdays, and Pull-ups and Dips on Wednesdays. I like it so far, I am seeing results and best of all it takes only 4 minutes of my day to complete. ymmv
