  • Don't make a big issue of it with your colleagues and just have a wine glass of fizzy water in your hand everyone will assume it is something else.   • Hi V You have done so well, it is hard to stick with it to drop so much. As far as plateaus go I would make sure you are eating enough especially protein and get some strength training sessions in to get your muscles turning up your metabolism. Try some new recipes mix it up go to a different gym class. Keep at it.....xxxxx
