I had a weekend of excess and always weigh on a Friday (it helps me psychologically!). Feel very bloated this morning :( but find it easy to control my calories on weekdays. Hoping to lose 1 lb this week. Slowly does it!

Do we need to "add each other as friends" in order to see our diaries? I'm not sure how it all works.

Alcohol is scary - I've had 2150 kcal in the last three days alone (it has been a particularly sociable weekend). The main thing is that you are honest with it all, and counting EVERYTHING!

I am 168 pounds, would like to be about 150. I'm a UK 14 (US 10?) - would like to be UK12.

Did you apply the head wind to half of your ride? I'd be tempted to take the average of the two, as it's more difficult to keep a consistent speed in a head wind, and therefore the calories burned cannot truly be calculated accurately.
