I always ate slightly more then I burned off except for at the beginning which was unhealthy since I was eating 1200 a day and burning probably around 2500... At the moment I basically run 4 miles 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. Also I want to thank everybody who commented isn't myfitnesspal great?!

Less then a month ago I said what my goals were at the moment I have one more pound to lose(9 pounds of the 10 are gone),only 45 miles to run(out of 500) and absolutely no luck with push ups
