Gum will sometimes get me through a snack attack. And call a friend who will listen to you talk about the stress, or write a blog about it and get some support that way. It's more than just eating or not. It's stress management. Eating AT whoever or whatever is causing your stress will not change them/it.

Hmm Just did my exhaustion test: 16. That's at the bottom of column 1. On the first exhaustion test I did 10 pushups so was near the top of the second column. I'm happy with the increase from 10 to 16, but I'm thinking of repeating week 2 rather than go on to week 3. I could do column 3 on week 2. Any thoughts?
