  • Snowshoes! It's not that cold here yet, but snowshoeing is fun. It's slow going but a good burn and uses the same muscles so keeps me fit for spring running.

  • Second this. Your goal is only 600 calories a day. That is not enough food for anyone. Eat more protien, fruits and vegies. You will feel better, perform better, and be healthier.

  • I had to exercise to "earn" enough calories to satisfy my hunger. And a little planning helps. If I know I'm having pizza for dinner, then I need to have a low calorie lunch and save my calories for later.

  • I cook most days for our family, but we have pizza on Fridays, and sometimes go out one other night too. The more I cook at home, the better for my weight, even if I have desserts & snacks.
