  • This challenge seem like fun. What is it about? Can I join? Can someone explain?
  • My last child is 19 years old so I really am not in a position to give advice, but it seems like you have it under control. You have been able to set your sights on your goals and achieve them. I believe you will do the same during pregnancy because it's all about healthy living for both you and the baby. By the way, I…
  • I'll say:drinker: She really deserves a bow down. I'm holding at level 8 and hope to someday increase it. Nice story about the guy.
  • I tried it and the food was awful for the most part. I ate and enjoyed a few of the lunches and dinner. Then I had to throw out so much of it because I could not find a date anywhere on the package or the container itself. I preferred Jenny Craig food. However, I feel like if I just watch my portion and count my cals,…
  • I feel your pain. I started on this site @ 186 then went down to 184. Went on vacation for 5 days and came back and weighed - a whopping 192.6. I felt like I went into major depression when i got off the scale. I decided I was not coming back to the site for a while because I am so embarrassed, angry and frustrated…
  • Its nice to see this. Congratulations!!:drinker:

  • I tried putting my strength training under cardiovascular and it default to strength training but i don't get any caloric count for those exercises. I only got credit for the elliptical/cardiovascular exercise.
  • Thank you banks. I've been looking for this thread to see what anyone's response would be. You're right - planning ahead is the safest way. Keep up the good advice people like me need it.
  • Has anyone seen the post about eating your exercise calories posted by "banks1850" I can't find it. I guess 3 weeks is not enough time for one to get to know ALL there is about the site - but not to worry, I'm working on it.
  • My husband said I can be gentle when I'm in the right mood but since my moods change like night and day, he named me after the movie "Ladyhawk".
  • Hate to belabor this point but here is my problem and I really do need guidance. When I set up my profile I put sedentary lifestyle and the goal that popped up for me was 1200 cals. I burn anywhere from 400-500 cals on cardio and I didn't see any cals count for weights. The problem I am having is it adds the 400-500 cals…
  • That's wonderful news - KUDOS:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

  • As a healthcare provider, I have to say your success is fascinating. These are the stories patients need to hear to know that inspite of our quick fix society, we can be successful with hard work and patience. Hats off to you lady:bigsmile:
  • Request done - take it easy and stay in bed:flowerforyou:
  • Not to downplay how you're feeling, but my whole week was just like that and it has continued to this morning. I told my husband I'm fed up with myself. But you know what?? We have a group of friends here we can talk to and it helps. I counted the calories I consumed yesterday and it was more than 4,000. That's how bad it…
  • I visited your website and you are independent distributor, and YES your post is a definite ad for the product. I make no apologies when I say get off the site. We are here to support each other and ask pertinent questions. We do not need you to tell about any quick fix pill. if you care to join us at working hard to lose…

  • I used to drink at least one a day and since I've been logging my food I am ecstatic to see how much sodium I have cut out. For someone with high blood pressure, this is a significant achievement. Hang in there. I HATE WATER - but since I went to Iraq I learn to drink it and when I get disgusted with it I add some Crystal…

  • can you tell me more about the green tea gum? Never heard of it. I chew regular sugar free gum when walking
  • I got so upset and angry today and all I did was pig out. I must have consumed 3 times my allotted calories today and I feel like a loser. I plan to move on from here because I can't cry over spilled milk but it's so annoying when you deviate. Oh well life goes on:embarassed:
  • Who is the sweetheart you're holding? Is it a shih Tzu
  • You are too much girl!!! I have 15 calories left over. I wish I could squeeze that in.
  • The best thing is for you to try and not panic. I had a cyst on my ovary the also grew and gave me terrible pains with my period, not to mention the excessive bleeding. I also had a history of abnormal pap smear. The cyst ended up being benign but the discomfort and worry about the whole thing led me to having a total…
  • Does everyone weigh in every week? I cannot seem to lose the weight one bit so I'm afraid of weighing. Also, are you guys using foods like weight watchers, or south beach or preparing your own meals. I need some serious help.
  • Is everyone here on a 1200 Cal? I started out with that and I usually burn between 500-700 cals at the gym so my cal intake would go up and I never could catch up with it because I cannot eat a lot of food. Any suggestions?
