  • Great suggestions- low calorie prob under 300 calories- more worried about sugar content being low then calories- which is why protein bars and shakes aren't the best option to me & because I eat out of my car a lot -easy to store & eat while driving is huge- I just seem to be missing my protein goal a lot

  • Yes, that happened to me, when I hit 30 pounds lost. Thank goodness cause it's really hard to find cute shoes in an 11...not that 10 is much better but it does help. Great job!
  • Me too! When I enlisted in the military they actually gave me 20 extra pounds to qualify in weight because of the large wrist and neck measurments I had! I have always based attraction to guys on if their shoulders were broader then mine- married one thnk goodness :smile: I just joined so I will put pic soon- have a ways…
