Night time eating

any thoughts on combating night eating/cravings...after 8 pm I could eat like I'm going to the chair!!!

Move calories around to where you can have a snack.0

Try to fill up more before 8.
Try other options for eating late like fresh or frozen grapes with sweet n low. Or other fruits.
I've been doing Green Tea after 8 with honey and stevia sugar. It's real sweet and all is 0, plus I still lose.
You could also try joining the thread on here, "SAY "NO" TO LATE NIGHT SNACKING -- OCTOBER 2015 CHALLENGE"
