I have a similar experience, although to be fair, I would never log the walking portions of my runs. I did one time when I wanted to eat some more and not feel bad (:$), and it was waaaay underestimating my burn now that I look back. My speed selection had something to do with it though, since I don't know how fast I run.…

Met my boyfriend on plenty of fish lololol. That was a year and one month ago :blushing:

For the most part, I just look at the nutrient table. When I'm shopping I already spend a good amount of time comparing and looking at them, so if I started looking at ingredients, I'd be in the store a VERY long time. Sometimes I'll glance at the ingredients at home though, and at the store if I'm iffy about a food. If I…

I started with 2.5 because my boyfriend had them lying around. Once I got used to the exercises, I forced myself to buy a set of 5lbs :P
-
Well put. Also, if regular chores were real exercise, why would you need to be here ?

Kraft makes a whipped peanut butter, and I actually noticed all natural one too finally, here in Canada ^_^

I never count chores as exercise. I feel that they fall into my daily burn, even if I don't clean hardcore everyday. Edit: I'm set to sedentary as I'm a student and spend most of my time reading and studying.

If you feel gross and fat and feel you need to run til you drop, maybe you have an eating disorder ?

Wow! Thank you so much for that info! I'm such an HRM nub

Alright thanks you guys !

Instead of them waiting around for you to finish your workout, put THEM to work with dinner, chores, etc.

I have more definition in my tummy, my thumb ring that I never take off is loose (sadface), and I'm starting to notice a thigh gap coming in (:

I do the same thing, except a little backwards. I usually can't eat all my exercise calories on days I have swim practice, so the next day I'll eat a little more calories (only if I'm hungry though, which I usually am!) xD

I find I'm usually angrier after I workout lmao. I just think calming thoughts and that usually helps.

What works for me in staying under control is recalling how crappy and bloated my stomach felt the last time I ate too much. I hate that feeling soo much. Same thing with eating McDonald's now. Tastes good, but makes me feel so sick after. I remember that feeling next time I need a convenience meal and go to subway or tim…

I increased my net. Haven't hit a plateau since doing that.

I started judging people by what they eat ever since I joined here ;x Like one time I bought a frozen banana with my friend when we went on a trip. I only got the chocolate covered one and she got the salty peanut one. All I could think was "haha you're eating more calories than me and it's packed with sodium." Another…

^love this.

I always judge people on a variety of things, but I don't hold my judgements against them, unless they have bad spelling and grammar. Oh, and hardcore apple users.

City on the US border in Ontario: pop. Only time we use the word soda is if it's a "cream soda" flavour. Edit: Sometimes people just say "coke" around here too, but that usually means actual coke or pepsi.

WHY ARE YOU YELLING.

I don't know much about dog breeds, but omg cutest thing ever ! I want

I'm 5'6" and my ultimate goal weight is 125. You can see my pics through my profile. Websites tell me I have a small frame o_O

Well I guess it depends how hard you were going and if you did different time intervals. But I hear chlorine affects the accuracy in water. Still waiting for my hrm so can't say for sure.
