I inhale through my nose (1-2) and exhale through my mouth (3-4). At least I try to do that. I'm a competitive swimmer and actually find it super hard to breathe when I'm not in the water xD

I take ibuprofen and warm up my magicbag to keep on the area that hurts the most. Then I'll lay in recovery position on my bed until I pass out. Usually after a 2 hour nap I'm good.

Great post ! When I started, I opted to not take a break, and tore my calf muscle because of it. Very important to listen to your body and not push yourself too much !

Today I had a fat day too ^_^ Thanksgiving Dinner. Was sooo good and so worth it. I haven't really had much of a cheat meal in weeks.

Seems like a gimmick to me. They have them to try at Wal-Mart. Tired it there for fun and honestly don't see how it would do anything for your arms.

I wake up at the same time to go to swim practice. Except I'm bad and don't eat anything beforehand ;x But it's only 2-3 times a week. Every other day I eat breakfast first thing in the morning. I come home to a nice bowl of oatmeal and protein shake after my practice.

Maybe you're being too strict with your diet. When I stopped losing, I had to up my calories to start losing again. Never did I gain (other than water retention). But it's hard to say without knowing what you do and what you eat.

If you can't lose them with weight loss, I highly recommend the reduction. I was freaking out about it the whole week before the procedure. My breast reduction motivated me to start losing weight, in a way. I found it much easier to do sports that were outside of the pool.

Sure you don't have to eat them, if you want your metabolism to slow down. I'm a swimmer and I really notice the difference in my strength when I don't eat my exercise calories...
