I love making my hamburgers on it. My dad used to put veggies like zucchini and stuff on there as well, which wasn't so bad. I'm also a fan of kielbasa (since I'm Polish) so I throw it on there to get rid of some of the fat.

Wow that's amazing that they're shrinking naturally! I had to get mine reduced >:( The doctor said it was too much heavy/thick tissue that wouldn't go away even with a significant weight loss. Keep up the good work girl!

Thanks for all the advice guys ! I'll be walking around the Detroit Zoo all day tomorrow so hopefully that will be enough exercise, but I think I'll go for a run before the party too D: I'm a seasoned drinker so a hangover is the least of my worries :P but appreciate all the tips all the same!

I got mine from Zeller's. It looks pretty heavy duty and I wouldn't wear it infront of people lol, but it kept my girls down when I was a DD and now it does an even better job after my reduction to a C.

I plateaued for 3 weeks, half of which I tried not eating my exercise calories back. I was not losing. I was actually gaining a bit. Then I uped my calories for 3 days and immediately saw a drop in the scale. Then I dropped my calories back down to try and zigzag somewhat, and that didn't work all that well either. So now…

I've been doing the 30DS for 9 days now. I also go swimming (used to be a competitive swimmer) though I've had limited time to drive all the way out to the pool the last few days. I'm also doing C25K and on days I feel like I can do more I add jump rope to the mix. On my "rest day" I'll just do the shred.

Completed L1D8 today. Wow, I'm finding it's getting harder. My one calf muscle is hurting like no one's business which is making it really hard to do the cardio and leg stuff. Yesterday my friends said they noticed a difference...but they know I'm trying to lose weight so they might have been exaggerating for encouragement. My boyfriend on the other hand said he definitely noticed a "small" change when I lost 10lbs and hadn't seen me for 2 weeks. So idk haha.

Do whatever you want! As long as you enjoy it. If dvd workouts are all boring you maybe join a sport team or do jump rope or anything else really.

I started feeling really weak doing my workouts, so I got whey protein that my boyfriend also drinks and feel much better =] Haven't gained weight either since I only drink one serving after an intense workout. I think they're really good for recovery.

I'm a gum addict and always chewed it with my braces. I had to eat other foods with a fork though, especially out in public because if I bit into it, chunks got stuck in my front teeth and it was a pain to get it out, never mind my friends looking at me funny when I tried getting food out of them xD. If you have some extra calories, I'd suggest a teaspoon to a tablespoon of peanut butter, depending on how much extra lol.
