Yeah its not easy :) I'm just finding it hard to make sure that I get enough calories while breastfeeding and trying to lose weight, I have read that if you don't consume enough calories it can compromise your supply.

Winsor pilates is great, they have a 20min and 40 min dvd. I have tried others but this is the best so far.
