Everyone's body is different. When I was 120 I could stand to lose an additional 10 and get down to 110 meanwhile my friend who is 5'3 and 125 almost looks too thin. I think it depends on your body shape and letting that determine your ultimate goal.

i was running on the treadmill and i accidentally pulled the emergency stop button..yea my feet went out under me.. luckily my gym is opened 24 and it was 1am and i was the only one in the cardio section. it was still embarrassing though. i also cut my chin open.

I eat 1200 before exercise and I burn anywhere from 800-1200 calories a day (I'm unemployed and bored so I live at the gym..or else I'd burn far less). On average I eat about 1700-1800 after exercise & after 31 pounds I'm in a plateau.

I think I ate around 2,000, but on weekend probably 3,500 no problem. For me my biggest issue continues to be with portions. I always ate the right foods just not the right amount of it.
