Lorna Jane - are you an AUSIE???
just be careful - I have this girl at the gym I go to, she wears sexy cloths, she looks hot, she about 25, her make up
is so thick it drips all over the benches and her form
is so bad it looks plain rediculous! looks the part when she walks in, we're all laughing at her by the time she walks out!! I say earn sexy, one piece at a time
just my opinion..,,0 -

Lululemon! Best investment, EVER! I don't just wear them to sweat in, I wear them in public!0

believe it or not, old navy has some cute stuff. so does under armor.
I woudnt have have an issue wearing sexy stuff to work out in, i just cant see spending lululemon prices. I sweat a lot and some days I work out twice a day. i really can't justify spending that much for something i'm going to dirty up after 1 use and have to wash. more washings = more wear and tear0 -

Not an Ausie...
I workout at home. Want the sexy outfits so I work harder to look better in them. More motivation. Plus, my husband would just die over stuff like that :blushing:0 -

Wouldn't have ever thought of Old Navy... Thanks!
Yah, I've found some stuff but it's quite expensive to sweat in... Not my style. I like to look good at a great price0 -

To each her own. Looking sexy is the furthest thing from my mind. I do like fun colors, but by the time I'm done with a workout I'm sweaty, my hair looks like it went thru a sprinkler, and my kids tell me I smell bad. Mission accomplished for me.0

If it wasn't for the fact my boobs would cause damage, I would work out in my nothings!0

I checked out the Lululemon website and I was not impressed. The only item I might order from them would be a nice yoga mat. I have found sexier workout wear at Kohls, JC Penney, and Victorias Secret. Nothing wrong with wanting to feel sexy. I like fitted work out clothes because they are usually better for moisture wicking and preventing chaffing. Good luck!0

When I work out I work out. I want no distractions. I could care less about looking sexy when I work out. What I want to do is SWEAT.
LOL I love it. Totally agree. However, if the women want to look good while doing so, I have no complaints.0 -
Holy moley! Only women would care about looking sexy during a workout. I use the oldest and ugliest T-shirts, shorts, and socks I have to work out. And they never match.
Why sweat into nice, expensive clothes????
LOL0 -
Did you look at Ebay? You can get soooo many things for way cheaper than a regular store. Quite exciting.0

VSX, Lululemon (pants may not look cute... but on your bootie will look awesome) and JNL ( jennife nicole lee fitness)0

Sexy + Quality= Lululemon0

Nothing wrong with looking decent when you work out. For me, it motivates me to work harder and get better results. Personally, If I dress like a slob I'm gonna feel lazy........whatever works for you I guess0
-
I do like to have nice clothes when I workout just because it makes ME feel better. I don't want to break the bank though so I go for cheaper options that are functional and well fitting in nice colors.
Old Navy running shorts with the built in panties are the best! I also like their moisture wicking tees. Champion at Target also has great moisture wicking tees and I like their racerback bras.0 -

If the lady wanna look while working out at home w/ her husband then there is nothing wrong w/ that.
women like to feel beautiful no matter what...plus again she's at HOME.
Hell, if i was her husband Lord knows I wouldn't mind at all.
She asked for suggestions for clothes not other peoples opinions about the clothes.
Sweetheart if u wanna look good by all means look good especially if its for your husband.0 -

Maybe some women care about looking sexy while working out, but not me. I go to my gym to sweat off a bunch of calories so I can look good in what I wear after my post-workout shower. I wear bike shorts and old t-shirts in which to work out and when I'm done with my 90 minutes of cardio, they are soaking wet. Make up goes on after working out, too. Oh, I can't imagine how far down my cheeks my eye shadow would be with all that sweat! Ha ha ha!!!
However, I do understand the reasoning behind the OPs point of view. She wants to look good for her man, and that's great. Anything we can find that helps to motivate us is a plus!0 -
Definitely Lululemon. Some of the prices are a little crazy, but that's why I only buy items that are on sale or through swaps.0

Dude! Really? If women want to look sexy...for any reason, don't discourage them. I say rock it out!0 -

The shirt I usually work out in is an old tshirt with a hole in the armpit. I like to keep it classy.
Oh, and I second the Old Navy suggestion. They have cute things at lower prices.0 -

HAHAHAHA, this was funny
For me, my workout clothes are all about functionality. Anything I wear needs to:
- Support the *girls*
- Prevent chaffing/blistering most of the time, if not 100%
- Wick moisture (I hate cotton...)
- Provide coverage so I'm not sweating all over everything/picking up nasties from gym equipment
- Allow for full range of movement
- Allow me to see my entire body so I can pay attention to form
Looking sexy isn't really my goal. I want to look like I'm serious about what I'm doing at the gym!0
