Does anyone else hold their breath without intending to whilst running? The more I think about breathing, the worse it gets. It's not asthma or anything, I just stop breathing and panic until it starts again. I have schizohphrenia too, so I'm wondering if it might be part of my illness.

I take metformin and I DON'T have diabetes. I take it because I take another medicine called Clozapine which ramps up my appetite like crazy. The metformin helps somehow (although I don't know how).

Congratulations. I have booked my wedding for 26th April 2013. So far I'm about 250 lbs, I don't have a goal per say but I just want to look slimmer but more importantly happier with myself. It's about 8 months to go, I'm hoping I can be at least 200 lbs by then.

I don't mean to be harsh but this is my opinion: If you want to lose weight, shouldn't you be doing everything you can to make that happen?

I trained as a personal trainer - 20-30% is acceptable for women, but personally I am shooting for 15% Any lower than 15% and it tends to interrupt mensturation. Men is usually from 10-15%

I just keep my diet the same, it takes a lot of will power but once you get in the routine, the urge to binge when it's that time of the month diminishes.

I buy mine from myprotein.com It's the same as the big brands just with a lesser price tag. They have an amazing range of products and flavours and they work really well.

I do it twice a week: burpees and kettlebell swings. I'm too beat to do it more. The higher the intesnity, well for me, the lower the number of times I do it per week
