No more using "I want to be skinny", but start using: "I want to be healthy" or "I want to be fit" and why..."becuase it feels good" or "I want to be able to keep up with you" or "I want to be around for a long time" She'll pick up on that.

  • Hey! I'm new here too about a week ago started. So far my favorite thing is the ability to look up any food. It makes everything so easy.
