I actually just read that you should target 30g of protein at breakfast. Thank you all for your input. I looked at my protein goal for the day and it says I should have about 93g. I am only getting about half that. I am going to try and up my protein. Thanks!

I started the DVD so I could do it in the mornings without leaving my house. Most days of the week are just too hard for me to get to gym after work, but getting up super early also wasn't working for me. I am hoping to be able to stick with this.
