Ran on the treadmill 3 1/2 miles today for a monthly total of 9.54 miles. On my way to 50. That's the goal, at least. ;)

If it's not too late, I'd like to get back in the challenge. I fell short of my goal last month but I'm sure that I can move at least 50 miles in December!

Ran 5K in nice upper 50s weather and walked some on either side of the run for 3.88 miles today, nearly 55 miles for the month.

Got a nice, short hike in with the wife this afternoon to put me over the 50-mile mark.

A little over six miles running and cycling at the gym feels good, but it still appears that I will miss the mark this month. No worries though: I'm happy to be where I am, at least for now! :happy:

I hope you'll reach out for professional help. The binging eating may be related to other issues that need to be addressed. The sooner you take responsibility for what is happening the sooner you can deal with it. You are a worthy cause! I wish you the best.

Added a little over six miles walking and cycling at the gym today.

Another 2.1 mile walk today puts me at 30.58 for the month. While my November goal of 75 miles is not completely out of reach, it's certainly looking more daunting. I hope to make up for lost time during an extended Thanksgiving break, but only if I can reach my goal without overdoing it. Good luck, everyone!

At 28.47 miles on the month, I'm still behind my goal for November, but there was nothing wrong with my first 5K today!

I'm back, folks! Although I was out of town for a few days on business, I am proud to write that I have exercised every day in this new month. November also marks my first running race, a 5K, on the 17th. I look forward to tracking everyone's progress this month. Good luck, everyone!

I've become pretty fond of the greek yogurt brands that are available in my supermarket. I don't reach for the nonfat though... I'm not a fan of nonfat dairy products, but I understand that some are concerned about cutting calories where they can,

+1.75 brisk walk on the treadmill this evening. While I *reeeally* wanted to run tonight, I am listening to my body and holding back on rest days. Besides, I should be back at my running pace tomorrow. I'm glad to see my new MFP friends meeting their MY@ goals. I'm knocking on the door of my own goal!

I added 3.32 miles today. I also met my goal of running three miles at a pace of 10:00/mile! Now I need just a bit more speed to reach a sub-30 minute 5K. I was on the road all day for work. This is one of those days that I had to *make* the time for exercise, even if it was just two miles through my 'hood. :smile:

Took a rest day yesterday and hiked 4.65 miles today. Three hours well spent!

A little over seven miles tonight on the treadmill and stationary bike. I'm nearly halfway there!

I was short on time but I did get an extra 1 1/2 and change in on the treadmill. I hope that I can get in some more steps tomorrow and/or Friday as I've got a couple more busy days ahead.
