Black Bean Soup! Yes... in a blender. Sounds kinda strange, but it is amazing. I am going to make it today I think. I am frantically searching for the recipe! It's black beans, salsa, seasonings all blended together then you put it in a pot on the stove. So yummy!

I am THE biggest sweets lover out there! I just made up a new dessert which tackles my sugar craving and is small enough to keep your calories under control. Mini S'mores. I put 3 marshmallows on a toothpick, dip them in melted chocolate chips, then dip them in crushed up graham crackers. YUM! I had 2 of those last night…

In my TurboKick Class, I've had two people burn 1,000 in one hour (Body Bugg said so) and I think Turbo Fire is even harder. Like the last reply said though, it depends on your effort and the day. According to my HRM I usually burn between 500-600 teaching TurboKick.

I LOVE TurboKick (kickboxing) great music and so much fun. I was scared to try it 8 years ago at the gym. I waited until I felt ready to tackle it, then I did and realized that I shouldn't have waited because it was only as hard as you make it (lots of levels). And now I'm teaching it!
