I need help logging turbofire. I dont have an hrm. I know its high intensity but dont know what i should log it under. Thanks for the help.

You can either manually enter it in and guesimate on the cals burned for do Aerobics - High Impact or Circuit Training.0

Try under Kick Boxing it says (including TurboJam). BUT TurboJam is not as high intensity as TurboFire, but it's close enough to estimate. Also, the Fire 60, like CHalene says, is like running 6-7 miles, so you could use the Running/Joggin, 6 miles/hour for 60 minutes!

Before I got my HRM I was logging it as kickboxing (including Turbo Jam) The calories burned that it shows is on the high side though. Depending on the day, the workout, & my effort (of course) I burn anywhere from the high 300's to low 600's.0

First if you can buy a HR monitor I just go a new one from polar and it is awesome! Second under exercise is kickboxing including turbo fire thats the one I use and its pretty accurate as far as burn. I LOVE Turbo fire!

I actually added each individual workout under Cardio. That way I know exactly which workouts I did each day!0

In my TurboKick Class, I've had two people burn 1,000 in one hour (Body Bugg said so) and I think Turbo Fire is even harder. Like the last reply said though, it depends on your effort and the day. According to my HRM I usually burn between 500-600 teaching TurboKick.0

Don't guess! Get an HRM so you know how much you are truly burning, and then you can create a new exercise and log it like that. My Polar FT4 is the best investment I ever made. Even if you have to save up for a little while, you should really consider getting one. In the meantime, you can log it under turbo kickboxing (including turbo jam).0
