it really depends on where you start. It took about 25 lbs per size from above a 20 US sizes. Then about 15lbs from 20-18 and another 15lbs for me to get into a 16. The smaller my size gets, the less weight I have to drop to get into a smaller one

The MFP burned calories thing is pretty high. I either wear a HRM monitor or input the cals of 70% for swimming and such activities where I don't wear one :).

Yeah, I did not hate my body or my life or anything. I honestly thought it would feel better and I would be healthier. Hysterically I was feeling really great about my body 100 lbs ago. Now not so much :). Still working on it. It's a work in progress. Yes, I had a much healthier sense of self as a heavy person.

This is the very reason why I can't work out at night. I am just zonked out by the end of the day and want to sleep :). Can you get up 30 minutes earlier? Do You are your own gym or 20 min with Jillian in the morning? I feel ya though! The end of the day is hard for me!

This is my body shape too. I carry a lot of my weight in my midsection and it took me forever to lose a pant size. Like my fat from my arms, legs and face def went first. We do focus on swimming when swimming, but we also do some transition drills occasionally when we work on going from swimming to bike. So basically we get out of the pool and run around and try to do our checklists. I think it is more about getting people more used to the process.
