I find the same thing happens to me if I have a bad weekend. I think an excess of carbs tends to lend itself to water retention. I found that tracking measurements (chest, waist, hips) under the Check-in tab gives a more realistic gauge of body changes than weight alone. Congrats on getting the pants to fit.
