  • Nutritionists say that if you are not eating a minimum of 1100-1200 calories a day you are not getting all the nutrients you need. Additionally if you do not eat enough calories your body will begin storing as much fat as it can vs burning it.

She offers weekly recipes were she takes a full fat/calorie recipe and skinnies it down. She also has some tips and tricks for bulking up those packaged microwave meals and making them taste better.
  • I can't imagine that no eating would be healthy... not to mention the likelihood of a binge to make up for lack of fuel. I would say if you are feeling bad about one or two days of eating, put it in the past and start fresh. Load up on low calorie veggies and lean protein that day after a bad day... way better than not…
