I conceived both my children while trying to lose weight. That seemed to be the key for me. I lost over thirty pounds in three months and then became pregnant with my first child. I lost 20 lbs and then because pregnant with my second 2 years later. I was in the mid to upper 200's both times.

I like to bake chicken breasts with teriyaki marinade and put sliced pineapples on top! YUM!

I find that having sugar free gum helps "distract" me from wanting to snack while I'm reading or watching TV.

If 24 cupcakes are 90 calories...shouldn't these be 45 calories (for 48) instead of 19 calories as indicated in the topic?

Have you tried grabbing a glass of water when you feel the urge to snack? ...or sugar free gum? That always keeps my mouth busy and curbs my cravings! Exercise always helps too.
