If I change to 1lb per week Mfp says 1500. Should I be eating excercise calories on top of that? That is what I am concerned about....i made my diary public, I've been hit or miss for awhile so I know I need to get back to being more strict on that.

Also, I've stalled on weight loss and in losing inches in the last 3 months or so.

Plain brown rice has no appeal to me so I add a boulion cube to give it flavor.

So interesting how size and weight can vary from person to person....I am 5'8" ,curvy figure, currently weigh 192 and a size 12. Last year I got up to 201 and dropped to 185 and was still the same pant size. Hopeing to drop below 180 this time and to maintain it. :)
