Hey guys... Well I havn't lost a lot of weight but I have lost quite a few cm... I can now actually work out in my workout pants which I couldn't do before because they were too tight! How is everyone else doing?

I had a great workout today, even though I did not feel like it at all. I went for a long brisk walk and did about 40 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of calisthenics. Now to just keep this up.
