Back after a 3 year hiatus and damn near 100 extra pounds from when i quit working out...

I booked a trip to Jamaica for next june and my goal is to drop as much weight as I can before then.

I've got to start logging and start working out again.

Yesterday was my first day back to the gym in a long time. managed to do 30 minutes of elliptical and a little bit of weights...
