  • read "skinny *****" they mention that soda is liquid devil...useless beverage..it robs your bones of calcium and has fermeldryhyde (sp) in it... once you read that book you will never drink soda again lol

  • Thank you all for your comments! I am used to running, so when I did lower workout the other day (lunges, squats, hamstrings, etc) I can hardly walk today..so maybe my muscles are retaining some fluid...I feel bloated..I know I didnt eat enough to gain that. I hate the scale sometimes, and should stop looking at it!
  • calories in..calories out...you replace what you lost, otherwise your body could go into starvation mode and hold on to the pounds..HTH..

  • you should really be doing weights with cardio..you will burn more fat with weights ...cardio should be the "bonus" to your exercise
