  • I love the 21 day idea......I quit smoking years ago cold turkey......I think after 3-4 weeks I didn't miss it! I am a boredom eater especially at night in the summer when I don't work and can stay up late. I'm having a problem with this :-(

  • I'm off from work in the summer so I can exercise way more, and generally try to work with a trainer once a week to boost my exercise regimen. I play more tennis and take more hikes in the woods. We also grill more foods and eat nice fresh vegetables that are local.
  • Ok, I had a bad week and missed a few days. I did 200 today with 10 lb. weight to start to make up for it. I will just try to do extra each day.......The last 2 weeks of school are crazy!!!! 4 more days and I'm done!!

  • I played tennis for 2 hours and was a bit afraid of adding the squats. After resting and having dinner I did 4 sets of 20.....80 done :-)
  • 3 sets of 25 while holding 12 pound weight......Did a workout at the gym yesterday and played a doubles tennis match, so am a bit sore in the thighs.....it's all good!
