I've heard good things about the LifeTrack. I work in a pharmacy and three people have bought them to replace the fitbit due to some nasty rashes and breakouts caused by the wristband. It retails for around $75 I think.

I'm on it. But I don't take it for weight loss specifically. I take it because it was originally marketed as a health supplement (but then people started loosing weight and "drink pink and shrink" sounds better than "drink pink and be healthy") and it's mainly for health concerns. I find when I take plexus, the probio, and…

I figured not logging was the best option- the calorie burns are very overestimated for someone my age. I was just wondering if my 75-100 was accurate. I'm wary to set my options to likely active because sometimes I work 20 hours and other time I work 8 hours a week, and I don't want to be giving myself too many extra…

I'm totally on the give into the cravings train. I have specific foods I generally crave during my period and so in the mornings I immediately add everything that sounds delicious (dark chocolate, ice cream, salty snacks, fried foods, lattes with piles of flavorings and soda, etc) and then evaluate how many calories that…

Back on topic: there's plenty of protein replacements out there. I prefer p96. Why? Because it tastes decent, has no artificial stuff I'm allergic to, comes in single serving packs, and most importantly- my mom is Plexus Worldwide rep and she buys them at a discount for me. Is it the be all out there? Hell no, I'm just…

When you have your friends who work in the cafeteria trained to properly use the 1/4c and 1/2c serving scoops so you know EXACTLY how much cheese and grilled chicken just went into your quesadilla. And you will only go to the lines of people you know will scoop correctly so there's a feasible chance your calories entered…

To be honest I don't know why hummus is off the menu. All I know is my IBS-dictated stomach has set forth a definite "no" and the consequences for disobeying are quite unpleasant.

Since measurements are so variable I tend to measure on the lower end and leave space in my tablespoons and measuring cups to help make sure I'm not accidentally adding a bunch of calories I don't realize. I don't have the patience or time for a food scale. :)

Your body is in starvation mode. With exercise and meals totaled for a net amount it should be at LEAST 1200. Less than 1000 calories after exercise is making your body too desperate to hold onto anything you have in your body so it's certainly not going to give up anything fat-wise if it can absolutely help it. Move to…

I'm in a similar situation as you- meal plan with 19 meals a week, mini fridge (really, really, mini) and a hot pot and kcup brewer. Microwave in the lounge but it's usually broken. My university has to go dining options and I usually get fresh fruits and veggies and a low calorie entree like a turkey sandwich (bfast is 5…
