Snack Attack Mix

This is the snack mix I make in single serving bags to take with me on days I have a ton of classes to keep me from getting too hungry. It's not super-low calorie but it does a good job of quelling a lot of cravings and seeming like a treat without too much of an impact. The air popped popcorn provides volume and fiber to help keep me full.

I normally make 6-8 of these at time since thats how many cups of popcorn my air popper makes at once.

Recipe (fills one normal sandwich bag):
1 c air popped popcorn
1/4 c pretzel twists
15 (about 2/3 of a 1/4 c scoop) mini marshmallows
1 tbsp salted cashews
1 tbsp salted almonds
1/2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

MFP estimates this is 215 calories, though I round to 225-230 incase any of my measurements were off.

Nutrition:
215 calories
1 gram fiber
9 grams fat
4 grams protein

Oh I'd totally add M&Ms (or replace the chocolate chips by some) but it looks delicious. Need to weigh the stuff though... I can imagine it could easily be 300 calories.

Since measurements are so variable I tend to measure on the lower end and leave space in my tablespoons and measuring cups to help make sure I'm not accidentally adding a bunch of calories I don't realize. I don't have the patience or time for a food scale. :)
