1 cup v core whey protein. 55g banana,50g bluberries, and 2 cup almond milk (30cal) 3 ice cubes 287 calories, and fills the entire blender. i love this after my workouts

oatmeal, and eggs usually. my favorite though is oatmeal, plus a protein smoothie with v core whey/half banana/60grams buleberries/2 cups almond milk.

agree. its a lifestyle change. do something you can stick to forever. dont mess with atkins, or any of that other garbage

ive taken lots of stuff. the best shape i was ever in, i had not even tried anything. proper nutrition, strength training, and get your rest. thats all you need really. you can throw in protein shakes if you feel its hard to hit your protein goals.

people talk bad about protein shakes on here for some reason. i enjoy having a shake right after my workouts, because they really do help with the hunger. depending on when you workout, a shake, then a dinner a couple hours after really helps. plus it helps reach your protein goal

what they said.. but i will tell you, i used an HRM in the past, and it said i burned almost 500, when mfp was underestimating my calories burned.. just depends on the person i guess
