thats what i do.. im never hungry, and im at the point that i simply eat for purpose to get my protein in for the day. people at work are like "damn you eat enough food to feed an army" but im probably eating less calories than everyone saying those things. 6 meals a day is the best way to go. i dont care what people say

if its hard for you to eat healthy, then schedule cheat days.. set a meal or two a week where you eat something you love.. my choice was pizza.. haha after a couple weeks, i didnt want to cheat anymore.

gotta jump in here.. guys lift differently than women.. to gain size, you have to lift very heavy. thats why some guys do 4-6 sets on certain days. they do go higher reps on other days with lighter weights. so i understand when they drop the weights every once in a while.. but i understand the types of idiots you are…

just wipe the machine down after youre done. quit chatting like its a club dont ask me to work in.. i rest for 20-30 seconds, and only do 3 sets. dont use 4 different workout machines when there is 100 people working out.. have some damn common sense

i was told sauna's open up your pores, and help you sweat easier. this turned out to be true for me.. i used to be able to run 3 miles before i started to sweat. now i start sweating after my first set in the gym. ive read that sauna's can help loosen up your muscles after a workout to avoid knots.. dunno how much truth…

try and change your eating habbits for a lifetime, not for a diet.. try 50% protein, 30% carb, and 20% fat in your diary settings.. its worked for me, and im never hungry. best of luck to you!;)

im obsessed with running! my advice is just keep at it. the more you do it, the better you will be. running outside is more enjoyable to me. although if you are running on a treadmill, make it challenging.. try running intervals, or changing the incline.. give yourself a challenge. best of luck to you!

that is interesting.. i feel using the word "diet" alone sets you up for failure.. just tell yourself "changed my ways" diets are total BS anyways.. simply eat better throughout the week, and have fun with your cheat days.. that is the secret to success in my opinion.

i will say my dad did it, and lost like 50 pounds... he gained like 20 back now, and he eats healthy all the time.. whats with that?? i wouldnt do atkins if i was you. you need to eat carbs.. if you want to make a change to your eating habits, why not try something you can stick to for the rest of your life.
