Eating the same way I was before I quit a job. It was busy work where I was always moving and I seriously ate pizza and cheese bread everyday and like a gallon of soda and actually lost weight without trying. After I quit, I kept eating crappy and drinking all that soda while sitting at home.

Yeah I do sometimes. But as long as you aren't eating out more then you are eating in, you should be fine. A few extra once in a while isn't going to do any damage.

Yep, I hear it all the time!! The look on people's faces when I say I need to lose 30lbs is priceless. I mean... hey thanks, but I AM overweight and I would like to see some support rather then "you'll disappear" and "don't lose those curves"

She should not be worried about how other people look. That is their life and their business. And if you look "pretty and put together" at the gym, then you are doing it wrong.

Drink 8 cups of water a day. Get up and move! Eat at least 1200 NET calories. Probably a good bit more depending on your goals and stats. Everyone has bad days. Don't quit on yourself!! You didn't gain it in a day, it's not going to come that fast!

sure, if you are doing intense workouts you are going to need the energy. But if you are not, you don't need all those carbs.

Haha, I am guilty of the tv one. I honestly never watched tv before but I have had a lot more free time on hands and have found a few shows stacked up in my DVR to watch :P

My calories are set at 1350 with no exercise. I monitor what I eating during the day while keeping eyes on carbs, fat, protein, sodium, and fiber. I eat my meals based on which one I need to up or keep down.

I did have an engagement ring, but we were married for 7 months before I saw my husband and got a ring. ( We married mid-way through a 15 month deploy. via proxy If you really love each other, then rings shouldn't matter.

Make sure you net is at least 1200. Stick to this for a while and see what happens. If it's not working try eating more or less. 1200 is just an estimate for an "average" person. Doesn't apply for everyone exactly. Also, if you are exercising a lot, I think you should def. be eating more than that!

Yes, it can get very annoying. Do you do Atkins or something? My friend does and she doesn't count cals, she just keeps her carbs really low. We are always debating and plan on comparing the two via our results.

Ha, yeah I was wondering what you were talking about. The wrap isn't the issue right now. I actually like it because it help remind me to keep my core tight :) I am just still new at the whole calories burned during exercise and what to make sure my numbers are readying "normal"

I am not asking exactly for someone to tell me if this is right. I was hoping for similar exercise regiments that one might be able to confirm that this is reasonable for someone. 50 cals I don't care about, but 300, that's a big difference. Thanks for the input..

I use Just Dance 3 on the wii and REALLY give it my all. I try to move just as hard as they do. I am sweating pretty good and have my heart rate up a great bit when I am done!

I say both. Monitor your calories while watching the carbs. I LOVE carbs but really want to cut them at least in half! There are SO many healthy replacements out there. Cauliflower and Squash I am finding to be my favorite. Me and my friend (she is doing Atkins, while I am focusing on Calories) and we have made pizza…

Coffee is usually my breakfast! I have to force myself to eat in the mornings. I won't get hungry until like 11. And no, you don't "need" breakfast. Just keeps you satiated and more likely not to binge later.
