Yes! Lots of things can mess with your TOM. Stress, Diet, Exercise. If you know 100% you can not be pregnant, then don't worry, it will come.

I am 5'5 1/2" My ideal weight is 125. I wouldn't mind adding a few more lbs. for muscle.

I have to. Otherwise I will consume a ton more calories then I even realize. As for veggies and stuff, if I cut them up I measure based on cups, not grams... much easier that way.

Yeah, I would eat something small just to get you going, then have a full breakfast after. I find after a good workout, I am STARVING!

I usually cut something into even parts and then there are your servings or I take 1/2 - 1 cup measuring cups and scoop until it's measured.

It's not the best written, but none the less, still a good read. :) I am on the second one and I am enjoying it. A friend let me borrow "Broken" by Megan Hart, to show me the writing does get better, ( I have never read in the genre before) and all I can say is WOW now THAT is a good book!! I def. recommend it!!

as long as you are eating at least 1200 NET. MFP already has you at a deficit. You don't want to go to low, it won't do you any good.

How WELL under your calories are you eating? You want to eat at your calories, not dramatically under. You may night be eating enough. And all kinds of things can affect a gain. Your TOM approaching, too much sodium with no enough water, just anything. Don't weigh everyday. Try to limit to once a week.

My husband always loved me being blonde, but he enjoyed it when I went brown and LOVES that I am a red head now :) For me I prefer men with dark hair.

They can make gun laws as tight as they want. That will NOT stop bad people from getting guns. If they want them, they will always have a way to find them. All restricting gun laws does is make it harder for us good citizens who could protect our selves and others more difficult for us to do that exact thing.

No. You can't report her for doing that. I would just try to reach out to her and let her know that is NOT the way to go about it. If it keeps up, delete her so you don't have to bare witness to that.

I tend to hop on the scale everyday just to see the changes and the way the weight can fluctuate throughout the day. I don't count anything as "real" except once a week when I actually weigh in to update.
