I don't "crave" the attention at all. But any lady married or not who says she doesn't like it is lying. It's nice to know "you still got it" just for giggles. :)

Yay!! You look great!! He is going to be so happy!! Hopefully I can do the same before mine comes home!! Welcome home!! Tell him thanks!!
-
Haha awkward is cute!! LoL

Sadly, what doesn't cause cancer anymore? I want to be able to fully be free from soda one day, switching to diet is def. better then drinking the real stuff all the time. One step at a time :)
-
**In reply to the diet is worse then the regular Yes, there is an argument that Diet Soda can be "worse" because the "fake sugar" makes you crave the real stuff. I think it comes down to self control. I use Splenda in my coffee ( I drink about 3 cups a day) and yeah I do crave sugar but I think it's more that I was…

I think Diet Coke is horrible! I am a pepsi person myself, but both diets are unbearable. If I had to choose I would choose Zero. However I have found Diet Dr. Pepper to be almost as close to the real thing. Diet A&W is the best for me! Taste just like the real deal!!
-
It definitely can. Stress, changes in diet, etc...

I had no idea how much I was actually over eating. What I considered a serving vs. and actual serving. Now I wouldn't survive without my measuring cups or food scale (for measuring ounces)
-
Fight the urge!! ..... LoL, I am just as guilty. weight fluctuation is somewhat normal. A lot of things can affect it, your water intake from the previous day for example. Best thing to do is pick one day in the week and make the your only weigh in day... hide the scale if you have too!

@mrskeg, flexible :)

I don't know..... 1/4 cup peanuts is going to be different in oz. verses 1/4 cup of apple sauce, for example. The weight is going to be different with different things.

Today if you count from my 5-year-old. Otherwise March when my hubby deployed :(

Yep, I was always told to do it as circuit training.

2 tbsp. 2 % milk and either 3 packets of splenda (with added fiber) or a few drops of liquid stevia.

Check out skinnytaste.com

Loved it!! Very funny, and very true! :)

You didn't gain the weight overnight, so don't expect it to come off overnight!
-
Amazing!! You look great!! :)
-
First off. "Starvation Mode" doesn't happen overnight. It takes weeks of under eating for it to really affect you. If you are eating under you calorie goal needed for just sustaining, you will most likely gain the weight right back. Sure if you are eating less calories you are going to loose weight, but your body requires…

I want to know this too.

Umm, actually OP. I asked this same type of question. For me, it's to see a realistic idea of the weight I want to accomplish. To see if it is too skinny or not. If it irritates you, don't read them! I can't stand people who are rude and nasty to others for no reason other than to b**ch about something. No one cares how…

If the symptoms are mild, I don't see why not. Just don't push yourself super hard. And bring sanitizer you don't get anyone else sick! :P
-
MFP already gives you a calorie deficit when you exercise you are burning even more calories, people will say to eat at least most of them back do your body is getting what it needs to maintain.
-
I say about 3 weeks to a month. You never know what someone has going on in their life and what if they came back to get back on track and all their friends are gone? That would make me feel crappy.
-
LoL. I love chess!! :) I am bit of a gamer as well. :)
-
I somewhat agree with the OP. I was working at a pizza shop and literally lived off a pizza, bread sticks, chicken wings, and TONS of soda (Pepsi), 6 days a week, every week. I have always been a little "chubby" and have to be careful what I eat because I WILL gain. But when I was working there, I busted my butt and the…

You look great!! The recent ones are the best to me. And keep the hair off. :P
-
If you are trying to loose weight, eat only what MFP is saying to eat. It is giving you a slight deficit to help you loose the weight in a healthy way. Just make sure you update it and put the correct amount of activity you do (active, sedentary, etc...) And eat at least most of your exercise calories.

No, you shouldn't stop if you truly do enjoy spending time with him. But if it is only to keep away boredom then yeah that is wrong, and not a good friend.
-
I would be very honest with him and lay it out flat for him. Don't let him think there is a chance if there really isn't. If you value his friendship at all, you would tell him you look at him as only a friend and that's it!
