I love splenda. I enjoy a couple cups of coffee and day and it really helps keeping the sugar and the calories from it away. I don't tell a difference from it and "real sugar". I am a soda-holic and am in the process of trying to cut it out, so the diets really help.

To look like this again :P **Woah, sorry for the huge picture :P

Me too! I despise it. LoL. I buy those flavor packets, they are only 10 cals each packet and flavor the water so I can drink it :) They come in all different flavors. Personally, I don't like the crystal light ones.

When I'm fit, I am an hour glass :)

I had the same problem, and I am down to like 3 friends!! I am looking for people who are consistent and post semi-frequently. Seeing other people's posts is good motivation for me to keep going. :)

I don't believe in not eating after a certain time at night. Your body doesn't run like a clock. If you are hungry and have calories left, EAT. You are doing your body more harm but refusing to feed your body if you are hungry because "it's after 7pm"... Doesn't matter the time, your body is still running.

Age isn't important to me. It's all about maturity. My husband is about a little over 3 years older then me. I know that's not a lot, but we have been together for almost 10 years. I met him right before I turned 15 and he had just turned 18 a month before. We've been together ever since! :)

I got some regular-sport ones from Walmart and they work just fine. I don't have all that much bouncing around anyway though :P:P

Yeah. "Ideal" meaning, just what each individual is comfortable with. I just want to be realistic with myself.

It's also neat to see that a lot of people are at the 1/2 mark with me. I find it really annoying sometimes. There is like a 50 calories difference between that one inch, and even though it's only 50 calories, over time that will make a difference, either toward loss or gain.. lol

Wow. What an amazing response! Thanks ladies!! Yeah, I have a bigger "bone structure", but the lowest I have been (and goal) is to be around 125 lbs. and back in a size 4. But then gain like 5 lbs of "muscle weight". :) I am also very curvy with no muscle at all.. Lol

Dark chocolate is great! You don't have to completely cut out "unhealthy food" (unless you are super weak to it, then I would avoid it at first), everything in moderation. To make sure I don't over eat, I measure out everything according to the portion serving size. Can get a little tedious at times, but it ensures I am…

2007, I was about 125 lbs at 5'5 1/2''. Wore a size 4 in US. Sometimes 5-6 depending on the brand.

Most I've ever weighed was almost 160 (not counting being pregnant).. I'm 5'6''. My goal is 130 lbs. Current is 154.

Are you checking your inches? People sometime loose inches before the lbs. You could also be gaining muscle depending on what exercises you are doing. Just keep at it!!
-
How long have you been trying to loose? It's not going to just disappear, it will take time. 1- 1 1/2 lbs a week is the HEALTHY way to do it. Just eat right, drink lots of water. To get your cals up, try eating some peanut butter or nuts.. something healthy with a good amount of calories.

Mine is of me on my last weight loss mission a couple months ago. I was doing really good and then got comfortable, so I'm keeping it there as a reminder. :)

You just started. Give it time. Your body has to get used to the exercise and different eating. Just continue working out, logging what you eat, eat smart, and eat some of those exercise calories back, and in a few, the weight will come off. And WATER WATER WATER.. Make it your best friend! :)
