How about turkey and lite cheese with a dash of miracle whip light all rolled up? Or, a half a can of tuna with a little miracle whip rolled up in a lettuce leaf? Or, two hard boiled eggs? Rice cakes with almond of peanut butter and a couple of raisins? Protein will fill you up the most and help you with maintaining lean…

Congrat's!!! You are well on your way :):flowerforyou:

:flowerforyou: NO! This is not ok. Eating bad foods is what got us in this perdicament. Yes, eat more veggies, lean protein, nuts, fruits and save the "bad food" for snacks. Eating foods that are high in fat, sugar and sodium will only cause health problems down the road. I want to be healthy and eat well. I feel like crap…

Sassydot, I'm not hungry. I eat plenty through out the day plus my Doc put me on a 1250 cal/day diet. My true problem is kicking the habit of eating more junk than is necessary. By the way, where are you from??? I didn't recognize your location! :glasses:

Amazing! You look wonderful and should be very proud of yourself.

If you are eating an apple for a snack, add some protein with it like a teaspoon of peanut butter, a 1/4 cup of fat free cottage cheese or some almonds. Protein is what keeps you full. Good luck!

I bought mine at Target for $50 and never work out without it. The name is "sportsline". You don't need the kind that straps…

Congrat's on losing your weight! You are where I want to be. Have you tried changing up the foods that you eat? Sometimes we get in a rut with food and our body gets used to the same food day in and day out. Good luck!
