HEY EVERYONE IM PRETTY MUCH NEW TO MFP. I'VE BEEN SERIOUS ABOUT MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY SINCE NOVEMBER 17TH!!!....AND WORDS CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM, WITH HARD WORK AND DEDICATION I HAVE LOST 15 LBS IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!! IF ANYONE HAS ANY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS OR GREAT HEALTHY RECIPES I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE!!! BE BLESSED GUYS!!!!!:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

That's awesome! I started early November, and just from drinking water all day and cutting out processed and fast foods, I have lost around 10lbs. I started MFP again last Wednesday, and keeping track has helped even MORE!0

hey thats awesome. i was in the library and picked up the hungry girl recipe book. 300 recipes all under 300 calories and the recipes are amazing. food real people eat!! its help me lose 3 pounds on my first week!!0

Actually I ate a bunch of different things....I try to stay under 1700 calories.....DRINK LOTS OF WATER, AND ALOTTT OF WALKING!!!0

Don't get discouraged when you don't lose as much each week. The closer to goal the harder it is to lose weight that fast. It sounds depressing, but any loss, even just half a pound, is a total win!
