The song is disturbing to me. I looked up the lyrics to it a couple of months ago. They play it all the time on a local radio station here. I understand that the idea of the song is from the point of view of a troubled teen, but I don't want MY teens singing along with the song.

You can find better quality protein shakes at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. Also, on bodybuilding.com you can compare protiens. Choose a low carb protein. I like a high protein shake called Pro 5 by Nutrishop, also there is Jay Robb protein. Slim Fast is packed with sugar.

For now, you can do the X Stretch DVD that is an hour long. Also, you can get one of Tony's shorter yoga DVD's. Good luck everyone.

I would recommend Turbo Jam and Power 90 to start with. Both have lower impact cardio options.

Absolutely agree! You're not the only one that has witnessed this. Women feel that they have to lose themselves in a marriage and all of the sudden they give a damn about their appearance when the man leaves. So many women lose their identity. You see it here online and online EVERYWHERE. Their screen names are…

The fuzzy hat and the medal to wear around the neck is awesome. But the turkey leg at the end of the race is supreme!!!

Yes, each program has a modifier to follow along with.

I think with Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire by Chalene Johnson the difference is great music. She is an awesome instructor like Billy Blanks, but her energy and music mixes are terrific. If you're looking for a new kick boxing challenge I would suggest Turbo Fire. Hers a little explanation of both programs: Turbo Jam is a lot…

I really think you'll do just fine.

You'll adapt just fine. I would recommend that you keep your calories up, especially the protein. Many people are starting to take a BCAA called Xtend for muscle recovery, you can find it on bodybuilding.com or Amazon. As long as you keep calories up you shouldn't feel run down.

It's flattering. I met a very good friend of mine in the gym. We dated, it didn't work out, but we are friends till this day.

I'm glad to hear that you only have to take it short term. My daughter was put on prednisone for her lupus. They started her off at 50 mg. She is now down to 20 mg. Her average size was an eight. When she got sick she dropped down to a size five (5'7 height). After getting on the prednisone she got up to a size 11. She's…

Awesome work!!! I have trouble keeping up with Chalene!

Wow, this is bad form. I agree with the article. Not only could something happen to the child, but something could happen to the mother while she is away from the child.

Ha, funny. As I am eating at my desk at this very moment.

I have BBL. It's a pretty good burn, but mostly it is great for targeting the hip and butt area. Pairing it with a good cardio program will give you the results you're looking for.

Awesome results!

Looks like you have a sweet tooth. Those Lara bars and cookies aren't doing you any favors. You track your sugar, but you continue to go over on sugar. See about keeping your carbs under 150 grams. See about snacking on raw almonds and sunflower seeds.
