Use a heart rate monitor. Go to Exercise tab, then enter P90X Cardio X (for example), a message will pop up that says it's not in the database, towards the bottom of the screen click on: Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database. Then add in the name, time, and calories burned

I agree that squats, lunges, and side leg raises are great for the butt. Everything that Brazil Butt Lift DVD's offer.

I would suggest that you give it another week. After that, you could consider breaking up the program. I like to create hybrids. So after doing several rounds of both P90X and Insanity I mixed them up each week. So I would do three days of P90X and three days of Insanity, then a rest day. So, since you have Supreme 90 and…

My Shakeology has 15 grams of protein in it. I love to mix the Greenberry with a handful of frozen tropical fruit that I get from Costco.
-
Jay Robb protein.

Ebay? They have cheap weights at Walmart and Target. By the time you pay for shipping off Ebay you've overpaid. Start with the options above, soup cans and bottled water and then take a trip to Walmart.

How are your workouts going? Still pushing play?

I just enjoy green tea as a three pm pick me up from time to time. It's an anti-oxidant and great for energy. I have tried to drink it before a workout, but it doesn't sit well. I don't think it's done anything for weight loss. I take it in tea form, Lipton or Organo Gold.

Just came across this post. So sorry for your loss.

Slim fast has high fructose corn syrup and sucrolose in it. I wouldn't bother with that one. I would recommend other low carb options such as Jay Robb protein or Nu-Tek Pro 5.
